2022年結成。 複数の劇作家・演出家・俳優で集い、『アガリクスティ・パイソン』という名義で、時には個人名で、お互いの演劇観を交感し創作する集団。

銘々が自立した作り手としての意識を持ち、「遊び」という思想のさねをどっかその辺に据えながら融合と分離を繰り返す。集団の姿勢としては〈個と場〉を最も尊重し、現代美術、服飾、音楽、スポーツなどに明るいそれぞれが、その時着たい服を着替えるように楽しみながら、公演形態や作風を変様させる。

それらに加え赤テントや維新派、能など、空間的変化がもたらす上演スタイルにも着目し、劇場のみならず、家、BAR、屋外など様々な場所での上演を試みている。また、コロナ禍において「集まる」ことに対する個々の思惑もまた変様しつつあり、そうした動向をあまさず拾い上げ観察していくことで、集団という生活形態を再考する。
